Shipping
We use Fed Ex Ground for all Dry Good orders unless Priority shipping is requested by customer. We ship Monday thru Friday . Orders received before 2 PM EST will be processed the same day. Any damaged package which contains damaged items should be addressed to Fed Ex customer services as soon as possible. Always have Fed Ex courier note that package is damaged and also inform us. Phishy Business is not responsible for damage to items due to mis-handling of shipment by Fed Ex but, we will help file a claim if needed. All orders may be tracked through the Fed Ex web site. We only ship in the continental United States.
Shipping charges will show up as a line item on your invoice when checking out. Shipping charges are based on weight, size of box and destination. Our shopping cart is connected directly to Fed Ex and calculations are based on their billing tables. Shipping charges may be recalculated due to oversized items or heavy weights that the shopping cart is unable to calculate correctly. Phishy Business retains the right to amend your shipping charges as needed. Customers will be notified when this occurs.

Warranties
All warranties are covered by the manufacturer and not by Phishy Business. Most of the manufacturers we deal with prefer to deal directly with the consumer on warranty issues. In the event that you receive a defective product, or becomes defective during its warranty coverage we request that you contact Phishy Business for instructions on how to proceed. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt as long as the original packaging and/or seal has not been opened or broken. You will receive store credit, exchange, or refund. You must contact us first and provide your invoice number and receive authorization for all returns. Items returned for refund by customer are subject to a 10% re stocking fee of price of the item. Items returned for exchange or store credit will NOT be charged a re stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited and item(s) must be safely packed and shipped back at customers expense to Phishy Business. Once items have been inspected and are deemed to be in sell able condition, credit will be given. We will not accept any product shipped back in only the product box. You must place the product inside a cardboard box secured with peanuts and or bubble wrap. Shipping charges are NOT refund able unless the merchandise was shipped in error by Phishy Business. Orders can not be cancelled or refused after they have been shipped or because of delay in shipping. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 20% re stocking fee plus return shipping charge.
