7 Day Guarantee for Coral, Fish and Invertebrates 

All of our Coral, Fish and Invertebrates are guaranteed to arrive alive and stay alive for 7 days with FedEx Priority Overnight orders.

• All claims must be emailed or phoned into Phishy Business no more than 7 days after delivery by FedEx.
• Email two different photos of the dead animal to orders@phishybusiness.com and do not discard the dead animal until we have approved the credit via email confirmation. We must have photos to provide you with a store credit!
• This guarantee is only for mail orders and not offered to in-store pickups. 

Arrive Alive Guarantee for Coral, Fish and Invertebrates 

All of our Coral, Fish and Invertebrates are guaranteed to arrive alive with FedEx Standard Overnight orders. 

• All claims must be emailed or phoned into Phishy Business no more than 2 hours after delivery by FedEx. 
• Email two different photos of the dead animal to orders@phishybusiness.com and do not discard the dead animal until we have approved the credit via email confirmation. We must have photos to provide you with store credit!
• This guarantee is only for mail orders and not offered to in-store pickups.

Claims

Any claim for a dead animal is shown as a store credit and will be applied towards your next order. You will receive a credit voucher via email for your records. YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO USE THIS CREDIT. For a claim to be valid you must sign for your delivery on the first attempt. Never refuse a delivery. You must acclimate your order immediately. We do not give refunds and do not take returns. Credits reflect the sales price of the dead animal and not shipping or box fees.
